I don't see a lot of hackers so that's good. But some of the weapons are too overpowered. Especially the ones you get from crates. I'm ok with the futuristic setting but I know some people don't like it. Zombie mode is great fun and puzzling. Overall it's a great game with a lot of fun content. It's totally worth the price.

Let's start with the negatives, that have been ignored in favor of the aforementioned or otherwise blindly glossed over.This game has the worst multiplayer servers in the series, to the point that it's nearly unplayable. It's not unusual to be disconnected five times in a row. Host migrations almost always fail. Lobbies full of players but never start a match. Random and frequent lag spikes to 400 ping regardless of your connection speed. I once played ten minutes in game for what should have amounted to an hour. -2 for playability.The single-player campaign is also easily the worst in the series. It's obvious that they just included it because they had to. Nonsensical plot, meaningless enemies, nonexistant effort put into this at all. If you've ever tried to get into it, I pity you. -2 for including this half-ass throwaway of a campaign.Now for the positives. This is the best Zombies experience there is, on par with and built over the original experience in World at War. Diverse maps, great gameplay, complex mechanics that actually require some forethought, and an interesting wrap up to the background storyline to boot. +2 for impressing me on this part of the game, and -1 for deliberately putting the best parts of BO3 in $60 DLC.The multiplayer gameplay itself is surprisingly good too, but the unreliability of the servers effectively cancel this out. The specialists and movement system keep things varied enough, and the new game modes like Safeguard are more than welcome. Relatively balanced gunplay. All in all it's still fun with a friend, and that's also the only reason I play it, if only to pass the time waiting to find a real match.And yes, -2 for being another COD game. They say its not gambling, because you can earn keys to get the drops in game, and drops usually give you a camo, but the keys take forever to get and the camos are **** 99 percent of the time. No, Im not some angry 12 year old writing this in the heat of the moment after I threw 200 dollars at the supply drops and got **** I have several of the weapons, but the fact is that many, many people have thrown away their money at Treyarchs gambling loophole. Acitvision needs to know that this **** isn't going to be tolerated by the community.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III manages to miss the mark with the narrative in the campaign, despite what looks to be genuinely good intentions, but the tight gunplay mixed with cooperative options and customisations still made the experience fun, if somewhat shallow despite the solid campaign length.

The graphics get a little prettier, the story gets a little darker, and another Call of Duty counts time as we march together toward death.

It’s no surprise Treyarch also has no idea how to establish or develop a character. Which is an okay thing to have no idea how to do. Treyarch is making a shooter, not writing a Chekhov play. But Treyarch’s sin is not knowing this about themselves. Treyarch’s sin is shoving your face into a trough of narrative slop and holding your head down for minutes at a time. And furthermore thinking this is what you want. Long bouts of serious and seriously incoherent story. I have a suggestion for people who make games: if your storytelling skills aren’t up to par, if your game isn’t conducive to telling stories, don’t spend so much time on the story.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is just okay, but being just okay isn't enough to keep players entertained when there are so many better offerings available from the same series.

Surprisingly enough, the newest Call of Duty delivers a grand presentation and an interesting story. Its massive scope of different modes and new tactical options compared to the predecessor make this game an excellent comeback. The only downsides are a lacking enemy AI and missing challenge on some of the difficulty settings as well as a short single player campaign.

From its four-player co-op campaign to the brand-new powers and a fleshed-out Zombies mode, Black Ops 3 meaningfully pushes the Call of Duty series forward on several fronts. Even where it doesn't innovate, it still meets the high bar Call of Duty fans should expect.

Not like in AW where players jump up and down which sometimes i find it ridiculous. At the end of the day, you can't please everyone in this world. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 does what you'd expect, and the new four-player co-op does not really add anything to that. But, there still has been progress in the franchise, thanks to a bizarre and intriguing single-player story that will haunt us for weeks.

While the campaign story itself feels silly, co-op is a marvelous addition and a far better way to experience the narrative for those that don't feel like killing zombies. Meanwhile, multiplayer feels like a huge difference from previous CoD games and much of it is for the better. With a faster pace, more fluid movement, and cool Specialist abilities, it feels like a refreshing twist on the CoD multiplayer formula.

While there are some very minor cracks in the foundation, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 still proves itself to be an excellent continuation of not only the Black Ops series but also of the entire Call of Duty IP. The new Zombies mode is the most interesting offering, which places up to four players in a co-op survival experience against a legion of zombies and other nasties in a wave-based trek through a fictional film-noir city. With smooth jazz tones and a unlockable city full of secrets, your cast of characters with checkered pasts come together to try to escape the nightmare by acquiring new guns and gumball-fueled powers as they use currency to unlock new areas of the city and buy new weapons.

Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 offers the most complete and mature campaign we've seen to date, delivers a seamless multiplayer, and brings back the funny Zombies Mode, which this year comes with a lot of secrets and mysteries to uncover.

The biggest, if not best, Call of Duty game yet. Black Ops 3 offers great multiplayer (with perfect balance in maps and weapons) and an ambitious campaign -sometimes confusing- with coop mode for 4 players. Zombies, Free Run mode, Nightmare mode and Dead Ops Arcade complete this experience, which seems too familiar for veteran players.

How would I describe it in a single word? Fantastic! If this is the kind of work a three-year development cycle can give a AAA game, then I don’t want to see Black Ops 4 until 2018, and counting down the days to it’s release.
