Great game but some DLC trophies are bugged keeping me from 100%. Developers have shown no interest in fixing it, very disappointing.

Но это не отменяет всех многочисленных плюсов, души, всего прекрасного в этой игре с художественной точки зрения.Прошел всю трилогию, и если вы этого еще не сделали - обязательно пройдите тоже. It just felt "next gen" even without the ps5 upgrade (I played about 5 hours into the game, after they announced the upgrade, so I quit to play it later on as a ps5 title)Loved that most of the action took place above ground, but it still felt like a metro title, and ofc you still got to visit metro and other areas as well, sometimes feeling like an action shooter, other times as an fps horror game, keeping a perfect balance. Characters likeable, enjoyed every minute between missions just hanging around in the train. Not gonna spoil anything - if you are unsure if you want to play it or not, most definitely easy recommend. The previous episodes are recommended as well - I'd start from 1. You do feel the generation gap, and first 2 games are a lot more harder than the last one, but it's all worth it.

Metro Exodus Complete Edition is the tightest and one of the most beautifulatmospheric and visual experiences you can afford. It is a truly artistic masterpiece that is helped by a solid story and excellent level design. It may be a bit tough and unfitting for certain audiences due to its slow gameplay and big surroundings that may take a long time to get around.

Despite looking pretty impressive the first time round, the visual upgrades alone to Metro Exodus make it a worth entry in the PS5’s catalogue. It might help to play the others first, but when this is the conclusion, it looks and plays too good not to. Just work on those trigger-pulling muscles for the haptic feedback.

Is Metro Exodus: Enhanced Edition worth picking up? It absolutely is for the price it’s being sold at. It’s a little over 30 quid/dollars and with the DLC and took me about 20-25 hours to get through with a young puppy in the house. It obviously includes the base game, but also comes with the story DLC that came out with the expansion pass. Both add new narrative beats to the game. But where Metro Exodus: Enhanced Edition really lets itself down is the execution of the world it is based in. Sure, crafting an arsenal to butcher hundreds of faceless bandits is fun. But Metro Exodus’ complex post-apocalyptic world has such a deep lore, begging to explored properly.

The end result is a vastly improved version of what is by far the best title set in Dmitry Glukhovsky’s apocalyptic Russia – even if the voice work, in English at least, is uneven to put it kindly.

Metro Exodus looks and plays better than ever before on consoles with this version. Exodus is a great game, and whether you haven’t played it yet or just want to replay it, the ray tracing and the DualSense’s features makes it worth your time.

Metro Exodus on PS5 is one of the best survival wastelands to explore on the new console. With enhanced textures, stunning ray-tracing and global illumination, and immersive DualSense implementation, what is on offer here is an experience like no other. If you skipped it on PS4 or want to play again, there are ample enhancements here that make the Moscow Wasteland worth exploring all over again.

I like Metro and i liked the game very much. Only that theres no real endboss is a bit sad. But the rest id very nice. Cant wait for metro 4.

However I'm afraid to say that this is my least favorite game of the series, why: the game has shifted from an post-apocalytic action game to a post-apocalyptic survival horror. This game has by far the least action sequences of the previous Metro games. The animation of the characters and the dialogues are not good as it could be. The performance on PS4 Pro + Boost mode is in avg 20~30fps. I've played the game 4 months afte the launch and there are still plenty of bugs. The history is also weaker against the history of the previous games. The first act is fine, the second act (caspian desert) is not good, as its a directly call from mad max, and the third act is the best one (the forest and the metro). If you're a big fan of the game, I recommend it, but don't expect to be as surprised as the last games. If you're a survival genre gamer, you'll probably love this game.

Metro Exodus is a mishmash of borrowed ideas that falls short of creating a worthy sequel, while holding tight to the previous mistakes of the series.

Metro Exodus gets a lot right, but unfortunately it gets a lot more wrong. Let's start with graphics. The graphics didn't stun me like they stunned a lot of people (I'm running on a GTX 970 on a 1080p 27" monitor while the game was on Ultra), and at times it felt pretty bland. The textures are high in quality, but the design of enemies and environments is pretty bland. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. A post-apocalyptic world with lots to see, and it was very pretty to look at. The character design wasn't the best I've seen, but certainly not the worst either. Really just average, but for a franchise that typically boasts benchmarking I just don't see it.The story seems very forces, particularly in the delivery of the characters and voice acting. The main character is fed up that no one else believes there's more to the world outside of Moscow and Metro. In true dreamer fashion, he can't be contained and continues to explore the world until he and his wife see a train. Bam, they aren't alone. He gets shot point blank, falls 20 feet, gets fallen on by two other corpses (who were shot and fell from the same distance), only to get back up, pop a medkit, and roll on out. The character drone on and on in no interesting fashion at all. They want you to complete side missions for them like grabbing a guitar and a doll for them. In other words, put yourself in "danger" and I'll make it worth your while with a gun upgrade or something.Combat is nothing innovative. If you've played most modern day fps games, you'll slide right in. That's not a negative either. I found that the combat was pretty seamless and I enjoyed the rare times I got to shoot some people up. It's really stealth that leaves me scratching my head. Typical "crouch in a shadow and the AI wont see you" deal here. You can be right next to an enemy, and if you're crouched in stealth you're as good as shadow. I'd trade the stealth mechanic for more ammo and more enemies.On another note, I had really thought there would be more mods for the game. Most all the mods I've seen have been reshades to make a pretty game look even prettier.All in all, not impressed with my 20+ hours of the game.

Я советую купить эту игру каждому из Снг, надо же поддержать наших разработчиков,они тягаются с шаблонами и выпускают игру совсем не похожую на то, что нам предлагают сейчас,это похвально!!!!

In my opinion Exodus is quite easily the best Metro game ever made — with the combination of huge explorable areas, each with unique post-apocalyptic charm, and a wonderful tactility, expressed in the way you interact with the world and in the crafting system. The story, though at first seems somewhat silly, adapts, just as the characters following the narrative do. Metro in the past for me felt like it was never reaching its true potential, too much like a corridor shooter but never really a *true* survival game. But with this installment, the series has truly spread it’s wings. Metro shmetro, I hope they never go back.

Metro Exodus stays true to the series' roots while adding a very welcome open world component an greater variety both in environments and gameplay, with a more intimate story than before. Having awesome graphics doesn't hurt, either.

It is at its best tends to be when you are on your own, exploring a beautifully drawn post-nuclear wilderness or creeping through the dark, lighter in hand. That Metro Exodus can do both with equally aplomb is arguably its greatest strength.

Metro Exodus is a masterpiece. Only the silence of the main character is a major problem. The game has breathtaking artistic direction and visual quality. The staging is exceptional, it allows one to drawn in abyss deep characters. It is tough to imagine a better adaptation for the novel of Glukhoovsky.

Metro Exodus takes a different approach than previous installments in the Metro-franchise. The game feels more like STALKER and that's a good thing. The only question is how much of the old Metro-soul remains. A great experience, but a different Metro.

Fluctuating like a Geiger Counter between nihilism and utopianism, this game’s muddy morality is a thing of beauty in the current climate and could be one of 2019’s most important games as a result.

As you might be sensing, Metro Exodus makes me feel severely conflicted. On one hand, I appreciate the characters and atmosphere, but on the other, I think it needed some more time. Features like individual volume sliders for voices and music are missing, the general button layout is awkward, and button presses don’t always respond as I’d expect. Mix that in with the bugs, and we have a package that has the structure for excellence but was set loose on the world too soon. In my heart, I have strong feelings for Exodus, but I’ll forever be haunted by how outstanding a few more layers of polish could’ve made it.

Following off the stellar Metro 2033 and Last Light, Exodus feels like a misstep for this series. This series has built a reputation on its quality, but Exodus falls flat in some ways that truly matter.

While Metro Exodus doesn’t do anything wrong as a blockbuster shooter, where the original titles were original and refreshing, Exodus is yet another in a ever-deepening pile, and the Metro franchise deserved better than to be exhausting.

Metro Exodus feels like a solid simulacrum of someone else trying to make a Fallout game, for all the benefits and drawbacks that entails. Its maps are fun to explore, and effort has been put into making the side areas rewarding in both narrative expansion and bonus upgrades to your gear. That said, Exodus doesn’t have the same handle on ambient storytelling and visual interest to drive you to investigate every corner of the map.

It still has some of the technical issues we’ve seen from 4A Games before, but Metro Exodus stands as a terrific post-apocalyptic shooter that expands on the series’ customization options and environments without ignoring its survival roots. 4A Games remains committed to turning author Dmitry Glukhovsky’s stories into (barely) living and breathing worlds, offering brief glimpses of hope in an otherwise depressing and occasionally nihilistic tale. Exodus establishes Metro as one of the great narrative-focused shooters, and it proves that exciting action doesn’t have to come at detriment to story.

The best post-apocalyptic survival game of the generation, that innovates in terms of both its varied gameplay mechanics and its incisive storytelling.
